ABOUT ME

The woman behind the work

Welcome!

I am so glad we found each other.

About me:

There’s a version of me that got very good at looking like she had it together.

She showed up. She smiled. She managed the to-do list, the feelings, the expectations, her own and everyone else’s. And underneath all of that, she had absolutely no idea who she was anymore.

That woman was me. Not in a dramatic, everything-fell-apart kind of way. In the quiet, creeping, hard-to-name kind of way that so many mothers know but rarely say out loud.

However, becoming a mum cracked something open in me. It was the most profound love I had ever felt and at the same time, the most disorienting identity shift of my life. I looked at myself and saw someone I didn’t fully recognise.

Therefore, nobody told me there was a word for this. Nobody told me it was normal, expected, or even necessary, a passage that almost every mother moves through.

It took me a few months into motherhood, but I found my way through it eventually, with a lot of self-work, a lot of honesty, and the support of people who helped me see myself again.

That experience is the reason I do this work.

My background

I’m Ana, originally from France. Over 10 years ago, I moved to Australia, and what started as a year away became a whole new chapter. A new country, a new language to live in, a new sense of who I was and what I wanted. That kind of uprooting teaches you a lot about identity. About what stays when everything around you changes.

Alongside that personal journey, I built a professional one. I studied psychology because I was fascinated by the question that has always driven me: why do we do what we do, feel what we feel, and how do we find our way back to ourselves when we’ve drifted?

In fact, that background in psychology gave me the framework.

But it was the personal work, and the years of sitting with women in their most honest, unguarded moments, that gave me something no qualification could: the understanding that real change happens in the space between two people, when one of them finally feels safe enough to tell the truth.

I hope that this place will be a companion on your journey back to yourself.

my Philosophy

I firmly believe that life itself can be intricate, which is why I strive to maintain simplicity in my approach.

My intention is for my teaching to provide you with empowerment and an action plan rather than a sense of being overwhelmed.

Above all, I aim for you to embrace and adapt my teachings to seamlessly align with your unique reality and personal journey. I emphasise the absence of a one-size-fits-all approach.

I am committed to offering real, honest, down-to-earth teachings and practical.

Why Choose ME?

I embody my teachings and live in alignment with the principles I teach. I practice what I preach, exemplifying the transformative power of my work.

My authentic approach reflects a commitment to not just sharing insights but actively embodying them, creating a genuine connection with those I mentor.

In this sacred space, I will share with you my journey, the highs and lows, the successes and the failures, which I now recognise as invaluable wake-up calls.

To sum up, I don’t just teach what I preach; I live by it. I offer insights gained through genuine experience and proven success.

Interview

I got the chance to be part of the summer summit with Dr Janice Jeanine Staples.

In fact, we talked about relationships, and how I used to think that something was wrong with me.

As a matter of fact, it is now a huge part of my work with women to tell them that NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THEM and that they can get the life and relationship they desire.
